Stephen Opoku is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and the Administrative Director for Peace Healthcare Inc.

As a chief financial officer (CFO), Stephen Opoku is responsible for all of the company’s financial functions including accounting, auditing, corporate finance and investor relations.

His duties also include tracking cash flow and financial planning as well as analyzing the company’s financial strengths and challenges as well as proposing and implementing corrective measures.

As an Administrative Director, it is his duty to develop and direct the implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and work standards per state and federal guidelines.

He also monitors and stays abreast of technological, legal, and operational changes that affect the activities and work processes of the organization. His career spans more than 15 years with varied experience in financial management, business leadership and corporate strategy. Before joining Peace Healthcare, Stephen served as a Central Account Manager at National Investment Bank Ltd Ghana.

He has also held Positions with Exelon and NIH as a Unix/Linux Administrator and Engineer. Mr. Opoku earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration – Accounting and Finance from University of Baltimore.

He is also a Certified Systems Administrator for Solaris Operating System and certified RHCA, Unix System Administrator
