Eddie Moore

PRP/Community Housing Director

Eddie Moore leads the company’s Community Housing and the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP),
responsibilities include the managing and development of these programs. In addition, he leads the
team in the ongoing expansion of the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program throughout the Maryland
region.

In his role with Peace Healthcare, he serves as the Director of the Community Housing and PRP
programs. Eddie is responsible for leading a team comprised of clinicians, supervisors and
paraprofessionals with the collective goal of providing outstanding services within the Mental Health
department of Peace Healthcare.
Eddie’s has engrained within him the principles of, “leaving people better than he found them”, by
investing in people. Because of this core building block within Eddie, he has catapulted to leadership
roles throughout his career.

Before joining Peace Healthcare September of 2019, He served as the Director for the Youth Advocate
Programs in Prince George’s, Montgomery, Howard counties and Baltimore city. Eddie was responsible
for overseeing the development of staff and the fostering of future partnerships. In his role as the
Director, Eddie was instrumental in acquiring an extended contract through 2024, totaling over $15
million dollars in potential revenue.

Whether supporting a startup interpreting company like Hispanic Advocates in 2012 or leading projects
for Tissa Enterprise, Eddie has always established a foundation based on service and integrity.
Eddie is a Community Health Worker Licensed by the state of Maryland who has 17 years of experience
and over 20,000 hours of supervising, leading and developing an array of individuals possessing GEDs
through PHDs.
